Every project starts with listening: how you live in the house, what you want from it and what you can spend. We check the planning position and the constraints on your site before you commit, so the price and the plan are realistic from day one.

We treat each design as a careful piece of problem solving. A good extension or loft isn't just bigger; it works better, lets in more light and suits the house it's added to.

Professional standards

F Line Designs is a RIBA Chartered Practice, and our projects are led by architects registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Only ARB-registered architects can use the title "architect" in the UK, and you can check any architect's registration on the ARB register.

Part of the Green Code group

F Line Designs is part of Green Code Holdings. Structural engineers, planning specialists and a construction team work in the same group, so your drawings, calculations and reports are coordinated by one team.
