Terms of engagement. Every quote comes with our terms of engagement, which set out the services, fees, payment stages and responsibilities for your project. They apply once you accept a quote. Ask us for a copy at any time at info@flinedesigns.com.

Prices on this website. Prices shown are starting prices for typical projects and exclude VAT, council fees and building control fees. Your fee proposal is the price that applies to your project.
